本ドキュメントは、Chrome拡張機能 Shopify App Checker（以下「本拡張」）のプライバシーに関する方針を示します。
本拡張は、閲覧中ページのスクリプトやネットワークリクエストを参照してShopifyアプリの導入状況を推定します。ブロック・改変等は行いません。
1. 収集・処理する情報
- 検出結果：検出したアプリ名／カテゴリ
- 検査対象URL：検査を実行したページのURL
- 匿名ID：本拡張内で生成される匿名の識別子（任意機能のログ送信時のみ）
本拡張は、個人を特定可能な情報（氏名、メール、アカウント情報等）や機微情報を収集・販売しません。
2. ログ送信（ユーザー任意・既定はオン）
初期状態では有効になっており、以下の情報を当方サーバー（lab.ukkey3.space）へ送信します。
- 検出したアプリ名・カテゴリ
- 検査対象URL
- （必要に応じて）本拡張内の匿名ID
送信の目的は、検出精度の改善、不具合解析、利用傾向の把握です。設定画面からいつでもオン／オフを切り替えられます。
3. 外部データの取得（定義ファイル）
最新の検出精度を保つため、Shopifyアプリの検出パターンを含む静的JSONを、固定URLから取得する場合があります。外部取得に失敗した場合は、拡張に同梱された shopifyAppServices.json をフォールバックとして使用します。
- 取得するのは文字列や正規表現等の定義データのみであり、実行可能なコードは含みません。
- 外部データ取得自体で、個人情報や端末識別子等を収集・送信することはありません。
4. 法的根拠
本拡張の処理は、機能提供に必要な範囲での正当な利益に基づきます。任意のログ送信は、ユーザー設定による同意に基づきます。
5. 第三者提供
法令等に基づく場合を除き、第三者への提供は行いません。
6. セキュリティ
取得したデータは適切なアクセス制御のもとで取り扱います。インターネットを介した通信に絶対の安全はありませんが、合理的な安全管理措置の継続的改善に努めます。
7. ユーザーの選択肢
- 設定画面からログ送信をオン／オフできます（既定はオン）。
- 拡張機能を無効化／アンインストールすることで処理を停止できます。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは、法令・機能変更等に応じて改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、拡張のリリースノート等でお知らせします。

This document describes the privacy practices of the Chrome extension Shopify App Checker.
The extension inspects scripts and network requests of the page to infer Shopify app usage. It does not block or modify traffic.
1. Data We Process
- Detection results: app names and categories detected
- Inspected URL: the page URL where detection is executed
- Anonymous ID: an identifier generated in the extension (only when optional logging is enabled)
We do not collect or sell personally identifiable or sensitive information.
2. Logging (Default: ON)
By default, logging is enabled and the following is sent to our server (lab.ukkey3.space):
- Detected app names and categories
- Inspected page URLs
- (If needed) an anonymous extension ID
The purpose is to improve detection accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and understand usage trends. You can toggle this anytime in Settings.
3. External Data Fetch (Definition File)
To keep detection up to date, the extension may fetch a static JSON file containing detection patterns from a fixed URL. If the fetch fails, the bundled shopifyAppServices.json is used as a fallback.
- The fetched data contains definitions only (strings/regex), not executable code.
- No personal or device identifiers are collected or transmitted by this fetch.
4. Legal Basis
Processing for the core functionality is based on our legitimate interests. Optional logging is based on your consent.
5. Sharing
No data is shared with third parties, unless required by law.
6. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards and access control. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our measures.
7. Your Choices
- Toggle logging in Settings (default is ON).
- Disable or uninstall the extension to stop processing.
8. Changes
We may update this policy due to legal or functional changes. Material updates will be announced in the extension release notes.
